Today, we delve into the world of GTM Alpha using OpenAI's innovative new model, O3. Through a series of prompts, we were able to create a self-sufficient agent capable of:
- Inferring the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) based on the client or your own URL and LinkedIn page
- Selecting top-level signals, which vary depending on the industry
- Analyzing the leads' website, LinkedIn profile, and company page
- Utilizing web search results for news on funding, press coverage, reviews, traffic, and patents
- Organizing and scoring the gathered data
This process involves dynamically scoring leads using various criteria such as ICP match, technologies used, priority signals, relevant page signals, and indicators like hiring trends, funding news, or regulatory approvals.

While this may sound complex, it's important to note that all of this was achieved with just one prompt and one model.
