SK Telecom Kicks Off Beta Testing for AI Agent 'Adot Biz'
SK Telecom announced that it has begun an internal closed beta test (CBT) of 'Adot Biz', an AI agent for business use jointly developed with SK C&C, on the 31st of last month. The target is approximately 300 members of SKT and SK C&C. Through this CBT, SKT plans to test two versions of AI agent functions: Adot Biz, which replaces everyday common tasks, and Adot Biz ‘Professional’, which specializes in specialized tasks, and prepare for a full-scale market entry.
The plan is to enable members to increase practical use of AI through various professional functions, such as reviewing existing materials on specific issues to provide legal advice (legal affairs) or monitoring and organizing news related to the company (PR). Adot Biz plans to improve its performance by utilizing various language models such as SKT's own Large Language Model (LLM) 'Adot AX' and Open AI's ChatGPT. In order to improve quality and usability, SKT will form a task force centered on user environment (UI) and experience (UX) experts and plan to improve quality issues by reflecting various member feedback collected during this private beta process.
After going through these improvement processes, SKT plans to officially launch the commercial version of Adot Biz within the first half of this year and provide it first to 21 major SK member companies.
