Forgot?OpenAI suffered an outage on Monday morning, preventing users from using the ChatGPT and Sora apps. The issue affected users in the US and UK. It seemed to peak around 11 a.m., but by evening Downdetector indicated no current problems at OpenAI.
However, more than 1,500 US users and almost 500 UK users reported issues to Downdetector, according to The Star. Almost all reports highlighted the inability to access ChatGPT. One user expressed, “ChatGPT is down. It has continuous errors. I have posted the error message which states that something is wrong with the subscription and the chat cannot be loaded. I have checked my subscription, and it is valid.”
