We're seeking a Sr. Full Stack Engineer – Gen AI Solutions to drive the technology vision and development of our next-generation home care agency and caregiver platform. The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $140,000-155,000/yr, not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.

Responsibilities
As a Sr. Full Stack Engineer – Gen AI Solutions at HHAeXchange, you'll be responsible for building generative AI solutions into our home care agency management software, integrating with leading AI models, and enhancing user experience. You'll develop both frontend applications using Angular and backend services with Go, while ensuring performance and interoperability. Mentoring fellow engineers and collaborating with product teams is also key, as is promoting a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Requirements
Candidates for the Sr. Full Stack Engineer – Gen AI Solutions role at HHAeXchange should have 4-8 years of experience in software engineering, proficiency in a reactive JavaScript framework like Angular, and backend development experience in Go or another language. Familiarity with PostgreSQL or MongoDB, CI/CD practices, and previous work in SaaS environments are also crucial. Excellent communication skills and a solid analytical mindset are highly valued.
