This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the built environment. You will drive the training and adoption of improvements highlighted by AI technologies within Mitie, guide and mentor business teams on the use of Mitie AI, share process improvement best practices, work closely with the business leaders to understand their needs and align Mitie AI solutions, and work with the AI technology teams on the evolving needs and outcomes of their solutions.
Main Duties
Drive the training and adoption of process changes identified by AI technologies within Mitie. Track and measure the impact of AI solutions on key performance indicators (KPIs). Work closely with AI technology teams to feedback outcomes and to identify new opportunities. Work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and align AI solutions with strategic goals. Promote the responsible and ethical use of AI. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI technology and applications for the built environment. Work with other stakeholders to develop working practices of Co-pilot, Open AI, and other available AI technologies. Work closely with the risk team to evolve Mitie's risk position on AI.

What we are looking for
Great experience in Blackbelt in data-led process improvement. Proven track record of successfully delivering lean six sigma programs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Passion for innovation and a drive to make a positive impact on the world. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Personal Attributes
Flexible and adaptable approach with a good sense of humour, able to communicate and use interpersonal skills effectively as part of a team. Confident and flexible approach to work with an ability to work to strict deadlines. Excellent communication skills verbal, written, and presentation with a confident, professional manner.
