'Imagine me as gladiator': Mark Zuckerberg unveils new Meta AI ...
Mark Zuckerberg has announced exciting updates to Meta AI, introducing a feature that allows users to create personalized images of themselves in various settings, eras, or styles. This innovative feature enables users to visualize themselves as different personas, such as a gladiator or a boy band member.
The AI-generated images produced by Meta AI are remarkably convincing, although they do possess a distinct artificial quality. Zuckerberg demonstrated the functionality of this feature by sharing a captivating video of the entire process on Instagram. In the video, he scanned his own face using Meta AI and instructed the system to imagine him as a gladiator. The resulting image was incredibly realistic. Subsequently, he explored other scenarios by asking the AI to envision him as a boy band member and even sporting a large gold chain. While these images were quite accurate, they still bore the unmistakable mark of being AI-generated.
Mark Zuckerberg also revealed that Meta AI is now accessible in additional countries, including Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, and Cameroon. Moreover, the AI platform now supports a variety of languages such as Hindi, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, and Italian.
