Proposal for AI-Initiated User Feedback Feature in Future ChatGPT Versions
In today's fast-paced world, the continuous enhancement of artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities is crucial. To further this goal, I am excited to suggest a new feature for ChatGPT that aims to streamline user interaction and make it more efficient.

The primary objective of this proposed feature is to allow OpenAI to initiate communication with users proactively. This would not only enhance the user experience but also boost the utility of ChatGPT in daily interactions.
Proposal Details:
My proposal involves incorporating a new feature in upcoming versions of ChatGPT. This feature would facilitate AI-initiated interactions with users through various mechanisms:
- Feedback notifications
- Scheduling preferences
- Activation conditions
Furthermore, I recommend the integration of a dedicated settings menu within ChatGPT. This menu would enable users to personalize their interaction preferences, such as selecting notification types, scheduling options, and activation triggers.
The envisioned parameters include scenarios like extended user inactivity, availability of new AI-generated information, progress updates on tasks, event and deadline reminders, contextual cues within ongoing conversations, breaking news alerts, and any other instances necessitating user attention.
The overarching goal of this proposed feature enhancement is to elevate the human-AI dialogue to a collaborative partnership level. By enabling AI to proactively engage with users, ChatGPT can transition from being a mere tool to a true conversation partner.
