'Thanks ChatGPT': Singaporean Man Wins Lottery Using AI
A Singaporean man named Aaron Tan, who uses the handle @8_aron on TikTok, recently won a small TOTO lottery game with the help of an AI named ChatGPT. Tan had requested ChatGPT to generate a set of seven numbers for him, and he used those numbers in the exact order for a TOTO lottery.
The AI program returned the following digits: 12, 21, 28, 26, 42, 44, and 47. Incredibly, Tan got three of the numbers right, winning a small prize of 50 Singaporean dollars (approximately $38).
It's not the first time someone has won a small lottery using ChatGPT. In April, a man in Thailand won $59 after using the program. The winning numbers were randomly generated by the AI program, and it was just sheer luck that brought them victory.
AI programs like ChatGPT are becoming more and more popular in terms of predicting the outcome of real-world events. It's fascinating to see how AI technology is being used in different fields, and in this case, it helped someone win a lottery game.
Tan expressed his gratitude towards ChatGPT by saying, "Thanks, ChatGPT." He plans to spend his winnings on a meal with his family.
