Artificial Intelligence has become an increasingly popular topic in the digital world, with the latest example being a man from Singapore who decided to put an AI chatbot to the test. In a surprise turn of events, the chatbot he chose, ChatGPT, ended up helping him win a cash prize with its generated numbers for the Toto lottery draw.
The man, Aaron Tan, asked ChatGPT to generate seven numbers for the Toto draw. The chatbot came up with numbers 12, 21, 28, 36, 42, 44, and 47. While these were not the exact numbers as the winning ones, it was still enough for Tan to net a $40 cash prize.
ChatGPT is not only being used for lottery number generation, but also for planning trips. One American expat used ChatGPT to quickly plan a trip to Europe while another Singaporean used Notion AI writing assistant to help plan her solo 12-day trip to Vietnam successfully.
It is evident that AI technology such as ChatGPT is proving to be useful for everyday tasks and making our lives easier.
