Breezeway Launches AI-Powered Assist Feature with ChatGPT

Property operations company Breezeway has announced the launch of its Assist AI feature, which is powered by generative AI from ChatGPT. The company aims to streamline the vacation rental property management experience for property managers and their guests, and the AI-powered Assist feature is a tool designed to achieve this.

Assist AI Automation Features

The Assist AI feature is a series of automation tools built into the Breezeway platform. The first of these features is Suggested Replies, which launched this week. Through this feature, Breezeway can read property profiles, reservation data, and Breezeway Guide data, as well as context from guest messages, to generate suggested replies for property managers to send to guests.

Managers can also customize their tone and professional style using Assist AI to fit their brand and audience, adding their own voice to create consistency across guest interactions.

Improved Efficiency

By using AI, Breezeway hopes to reduce the time managers spend crafting messages and replies to guests, freeing up more time to focus on other areas of the business. The Suggested Replies feature uses data including wifi instructions, house rules, property manager standards, directions, local restaurant recommendations, and parking availability to quickly generate relevant responses.

As a result, guests can expect quicker and more accurate replies, while managers can reduce the amount of time they spend on communication tasks.

Breezeway customers can turn on the Assist AI Suggested Replies feature in the Breezeway Labs settings, where they can access the latest features and updates.
