Revolutionizing Engagement Surveys: Confirm Launches New ChatGPT-Driven Feature

Startup Confirm Launches New ChatGPT-Driven Feature

Confirm, a San Francisco-based company, recently launched a new feature that uses GPT-4 to provide HR professionals with engagement survey insights in no time. The company's platform is the first of its kind to use the science of Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) to ensure that talent decisions are based on a data-driven approach.

Confirm will be demonstrating the feature at the UNLEASH America HR tech conference in Las Vegas on April 26 and 27, 2023, at booth B215. Engagement surveys, which gather employee feedback to determine their level of motivation and engagement, are typically conducted 2-4 times a year by most companies. These surveys generate vast amounts of data that can take several days to several weeks to analyze, particularly for organizations with a large number of employees. Confirm's GPT-4 feature enables customers to instantly gain insights into engagement survey data by answering prompts.

"Engagement surveys play an important role in employee development and retention, but not every organization is adept at translating survey data into action," said Confirm CEO Josh Merrill. "Having already incorporated GPT into other areas of the Confirm platform, we saw an opportunity to solve this challenge with generative AI. Customers who had early access to this capability have been thrilled with the results."

One of Confirm's satisfied customers is QuotaPath, a company that offers compensation software to revenue teams. Senior Director of People Operations Carrie Carroll stated, "Confirm has transformed the way we do performance reviews and helped us become a more data-driven HR organization. Analyzing engagement surveys has always been a very manual process. It’s a huge time save to be able to have this analysis done for us by Confirm’s ChatGPT tool - especially for delivering more segmented results by team or tenure. Now, I can focus our team’s efforts on developing recommendations and initiatives based on the data."

Confirm's Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) approach mirrors how work is done today, i.e., in networks versus strict, top-down hierarchies. With its help, employees can identify who within their organization they can turn to for advice and help. It also enables analysis to identify correlations and trends and recognize true top performers. The company’s ONA-based reviews create a fairer playing field by expanding leaders’ visibility of an employee’s impact and ensuring performance decisions are based on larger sets of data rather than only the opinions of a single manager.

This new employee engagement survey feature will be available to all Confirm customers in Q2 2023. If you're interested in learning more about Confirm's data-driven approach to performance reviews, visit their website at http://confirm.com.
