For instance, one of HubSpot's 250,000+ customers can now analyze all the new contacts added to their HubSpot CRM in the last 90 days by leveraging ChatGPT. By using ChatGPT, businesses can search for patterns in the data based on different criteria such as persona, industry, and lead source.
According to Dharmesh Shah's LinkedIn post, Founder & CTO of HubSpot, this integration marks a significant milestone for the company. Shah highlighted the endless possibilities for sophisticated analytics projects that CX leaders can undertake using ChatGPT.

Shah emphasized the extraordinary results that can be achieved through the combination of ChatGPT and data from the unified HubSpot customer database.
