22 years later!

So here it is [22 years later!] – for those that have been waiting for this conversation, about ‘the what’ / ‘the why’ / and ‘the how’ (aka Centre for Digital Built Britain - #GeminiPapers) ……. and I’ve watched it twice already, on the Project Flux YouTube channel. The imaginative way that this 45min conversation has been captured – all with a focus on my #businesscase called AI-QS - is, rather regrettably, LIKELY TO OFFEND many of our ‘traditional’ #PQS professionals, but please don’t take it personal. I’m just the messenger (with an unapologetically, disruptive tendency to NOT ask for permission, only ALWAYS if need be, seeking forgiveness) …… and, you can thank me later 😂🤣

Because, the fact is, if the #QuantitySurveyor is to remain relevant by 2030 (i.e. #PQS2030), then we simply have to shake it up (while we still have the chance!), in the #knowledge that #AI is simply GOING TO DISRUPT our #businessmodel!
