Executives Worry About Accidentally Sharing Corporate Data with ChatGPT
A recent report by Writer, a generative AI platform for enterprises, has shown that almost half of senior executives (46%) fear that their colleagues have accidentally shared corporate data with ChatGPT. This raises concerns about the need for generative AI tools to safeguard the brand and reputation of companies.
The report, titled "The State of Generative AI in the Enterprise", found that ChatGPT is the most popular chatbot used by enterprises. The second and third most commonly used chatbots are CopyAI (35%) and Anyword (26%) respectively. However, a significant number of companies have banned the use of generative AI tools in the workplace. The report shows that ChatGPT (32%) is the most frequently banned chatbot, followed by CopyAI (28%) and Jasper (23%).
The report highlights the importance of developing generative AI tools that can effectively safeguard the data of enterprises. With the rise of popular chatbots like ChatGPT, companies must be cautious about the potential risks of unintentional data sharing.
