The Vicuña chatbot is a new open-source LLM based on Python that performs within 90% of ChatGPT Quality. Vicuña was created by a team of researchers from UC Berkeley, CMU, Stanford, and UC San Diego. The Apache 2.0-licensed project is detailed in the release notes.
