Smaller businesses could leverage the tech to repurpose existing employees than hire new ones.

While ChatGPT can be a game-changer for the Indian job market, experts have cautioned that companies should be wary of its pitfalls and tread carefully. For instance, ChatGPT-like tools can be tricked into disclosing sensitive information, which competitors can leverage.

Recently, Samsung banned its staff from using generative AI tools after it uncovered an internal data leak to ChatGPT. Despite ChatGPT's potential to reduce employment costs, data privacy and security risks pose a significant threat that most companies might not be aware of.
