Attorneys claiming to represent whistleblowers at the company have raised concerns about this issue in a letter addressed to SEC Chair Gary Gensler.
The attorneys assert that the NDAs imposed by OpenAI could potentially hinder employees from reporting misconduct without facing repercussions, which goes against the regulations set forth by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
