ChatGPT predicts 2025 season: Tapia and Coello still the bosses ...
It would seem that AnalystsPadel found a new crystal ball! Yes, you saw that right: ChatGPT has been put to use to predict the winners of each major tournament of the 2025 season And I can tell you that the AI didn't tremble when it drew its predictions. A publication shared by AnalistasPadel (@analistaspadel)
Predictions for the 2025 Season
According to ChatGPT, the 2025 season will be a walk in the park for Tapia and Coello, who are predicted to win 9 out of the 14 biggest titles of the year. Not really a surprise when you know that the two monsters won 14 titles in 2024, with a mind-blowing streak of 47 consecutive victories.
Besides, they have already started 2025 perfectly with a victory in Riyadh P1, confirming that their winning machine is still well-oiled. ChatGPT predicts that they will continue their dominance this season. But is it really so obvious?
Challengers and Contenders
According to AI, the world's number 2 pair is predicted to win two titles (Santiago and Rotterdam). However, for a team that managed to defeat Tapia / Coello several times in 2024, winning 5 trophies, this prediction might seem harsh.
Upon closer inspection, perhaps ChatGPT is not completely wrong. After an end of 2024 season in halftone, Galán and Chingotto have started the year 2025 badly, bowing from the quarter-finals of Riyadh P1 against the young pair Leo Augsburger / Pablo Cardona. This suggests that their season may not be as dominant as initially hoped.
On the other hand, Stupaczuk and Lebrón receive more respect from AI, with predictions of four wins (Miami, Spain, Malaga, and Dubai). While a good harvest, this places them as permanent outsiders, ready to seize any opportunity from the favorites' missteps.
Final Thoughts
I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even willing to stay up until 3 am to watch a final of Premier Padel!
