Over the last couple of years, I've been incorporating AI tools into my personal workflow. One question I enjoy asking other entrepreneurs is how they've integrated AI into their own lives and businesses. This has given me various ideas and use cases to experiment with. Today, I want to share the three most recent ways I've used AI.

Last week, I attended a board meeting with 30 other members. Before the meeting, we received a PDF containing the board agenda, list of attendees, and governance items. I uploaded this PDF to ChatGPT and Grok, instructing each tool to extract all the names and companies listed and search the web for recent news about each person or company. Within minutes, they generated a comprehensive list of attendees, their companies, and relevant news. This preparation allowed me to enter the board meeting well-informed and with discussion topics.
2. Analyzing a Potential Geographic Expansion
One of our companies is exploring the next city for expansion based on user demographics. I input the details into ChatGPT and Grok, requesting an analysis of the most prominent firms in relevant industries in the city and the top neighborhoods for expansion. Shortly after, I received detailed reports with citations and recommendations for the best location.
3. Understanding Neighborhood Dynamics in South Downtown Atlanta
We aimed to analyze neighborhood dynamics in South Downtown Atlanta, focusing on residential units and retail. By providing context to the AI about our redevelopment goals and creating an innovation-focused district, I received insights into how residential units would impact demand for restaurants and retailers. The AI swiftly provided a retail demand equation based on proposed residential units, offering essential data for decision-making.
These examples showcase the value of having an efficient personal assistant for deep dives into various tasks. The potential applications of AI seem endless, and I'm dedicated to integrating it further into my daily life to enhance research and analysis capabilities.
