Paste the citations from your paper and we look each one up in a public registry. Every row shows what came back, the registry consulted and the lookup date, so you can fix a citation before you submit your work.

Every style below covers the same five source types. Copy a template into your own work, or paste a source into the box above and let the tool fill it in.
MLA 9 is the style most humanities courses ask for: author and page number in the text, and a works cited entry that ends with the URL or DOI. Paste a link, a DOI or an ISBN and the entry builds itself.
Brown v. Board of Education, 347 U.S. 483 (Supreme Court 1954).
Watson, J. D., and F. H. C. Crick. "Molecular Structure of Nucleic Acids: A Structure for Deoxyribose Nucleic Acid." Nature, vol. 171, no. 4356, 1953, pp. 737–38, https://doi.org/10.1038/171737a0.
This APA citation generator builds the reference entry and the in-text citation from one record, so the author, the year and the DOI always agree. APA 7 wants the title in sentence case and the year in brackets right after the author.
World Health Organization. (2026, November 3). Diabetes. https://www.who.int/news-room/fact-sheets/detail/diabetes
Chicago 18 gives you two halves: a footnote or endnote at the bottom of the page, and a bibliography entry at the end. This generator writes the bibliography form, whose parts are separated by full stops rather than commas.
Kahneman, Daniel. Thinking, Fast and Slow. Farrar, Straus and Giroux, 2011.
AMA 11 is the style medical and health journals use. Authors keep their surname and initials, the year follows the journal name, and references are numbered in the order you cite them, so this list renumbers itself when you move an entry.
Watson JD, Crick FH. Molecular structure of nucleic acids: a structure for deoxyribose nucleic acid. Nature. 1953;171(4356):737-738. doi:10.1038/171737a0
IEEE numbers every reference in square brackets in the order it appears, which is why the in-text form here is [1] rather than a name. Names come first as initials, and the journal, volume and pages follow in a fixed order.
D. Kahneman, Thinking, Fast and Slow. Farrar, Straus and Giroux, 2011.
