This six-hour training event takes place on April 30, May 1, and May 2 from 12 pm to 2 pm ET / 9 am to 11 am PT. Each session will be 50 minutes, with additional training discussions between sessions. This handbook includes additional material about drafting and negotiating AI contracts for attendees. We expect to include some template language, policy drafts and more. We have not applied for CLE credit. However, we can provide materials after the event for anyone needing event details to self-apply.
Your happiness with our training is important to us. If you attend 50%+ of the total Drafting AI Contracts Summit time (excluding breaks) and are dissatisfied with the quality of the training, you can request a refund by sending an email from your registered account as the ticket holder to both [email protected] and [email protected] by May 4, 2024 at 2 pm ET / 12 pm (48 hours after the last session) ("Refund Period"). Use the subject line "Ticket Refund Request." If we determine that you meet the requirement, we'll promptly request the payment processor refund the amount paid for the Summit and terminate your access to the product. No proxy submissions are allowed.
We will not refund if the request is received after the Refund Period or our tracking system shows the ticket holder viewed less than 50% of the total session time. How to Contract reserves the right not to sell access to other training products and events in the future to anyone claiming a refund.
The main training of the sessions include a 30-ish minute pre-recorded and edited presentation video This approach reduces the risk of internet issues, sound problems, or emergency cancellations with the speakers. After the recording ends, the speakers will be available for Q&A for 20 minutes. The exception to this format is the panel discussion, "How to Counsel Product and Engineering Teams on GenAI Innovation and Risk." That session will be live-only.
