This new feature enables users to search for specific property listings and share the types of homes they are interested in, all through conversational language. By simply enabling the plugin, users can ask about property listings, location, price range, and even the number of bedrooms and bathrooms they are looking for.
Zillow's AI-powered plugin is connected to its extensive database of real estate listings, which means users get relevant and accurate information about the properties they are interested in. While the plugin is currently only accessible to a select number of ChatGPT users, Zillow aims to broaden access in the future.
