Additionally, there is a practical 4-inch pOLED outer screen with a resolution of 1272×1080 pixels, supporting up to 165Hz refresh rate, 2400nits brightness, HDR10+, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection.

The Motorola Razr 50 Ultra is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, accompanied by Adreno GPU for enhanced graphics performance. This powerful chipset is paired with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and a spacious 512GB UFS 4.0 internal storage capacity. The phone runs on Android 14-based MyUX custom skin out of the box and guarantees 3 years of software updates, along with 4 years of security updates.

The device features a robust camera setup, including a 50MP primary camera with OIS and a 50MP telephoto shooter supporting 2x optical zoom. For selfies and video calls, there is a 32MP front camera.
