WhatsApp working Translate message feature for Android beta
WhatsApp is set to introduce a new Translate message feature that will allow users to seamlessly translate their messages within the app using language packs. This feature will be integrated directly into the app, thanks to a collaboration with Google Translate.
The translation process will take place locally on the user's device, ensuring the privacy of user messages is maintained as no data is sent to external servers. Users will be required to download language packs to access translations in their preferred languages at any time.
Features of WhatsApp’s Translate message feature
The live translation feature will initially support languages such as Hindi and English, with plans to add more languages in the near future. This will enable users to chat in different languages on WhatsApp without the need for external translation apps.
The translate message feature utilizing language packs is currently in the development phase. However, WhatsApp is gearing up to release it for beta testers soon.
