Rumour Suggests Fourth Gen iPhone SE To Feature Apple Intelligence
The fourth generation iPhone SE is rumored to have Apple Intelligence integrated as early as 2025, according to a report by Bloomberg's Mark Gurman. This new AI suite is expected to be integrated into current-gen iPhones and possibly the upcoming iPhone 16 lineup later this year. If this rumor holds true, the iPhone SE 4 will be Apple's only budget-friendly product to support this advanced technology.
Features and Design
According to Gurman's latest "Power On" Newsletter, the iPhone SE 4 will feature a design based on the iPhone 14, moving away from the traditional iPhone 8 body and home button. It is also rumored to come with a 6.1-inch OLED display, in line with a previous leak by 91Mobiles.
Advanced Technology
The fourth-generation iPhone SE is said to include a notch to house Apple's TrueDepth camera system, making it the first SE model to feature Face ID authentication. Another modern update is the inclusion of a USB-C port, replacing the Lightning connector found on the original iPhone 14 series.
Pricing and Release Date
Despite the incorporation of the AI suite and advanced features, there are speculations that the iPhone SE 4 could be priced around US$500 (~RM2,219). Gurman did not specify the exact release date, but earlier rumors suggest that it might debut sometime next year.
