Subscribers to ChatGPT Team gain access to OpenAI's latest models, which include GPT-4 for text generation, GPT-4 with Vision for text and image understanding, and DALL-E 3 for image creation. Users also receive tools to analyze, edit, and extract information from uploaded files using ChatGPT.
Custom Applications
One of the key features of ChatGPT Team is the ability for team members to create and share custom applications known as GPTs based on OpenAI's text-generating AI models. These custom apps can be developed without the need for coding experience and can range from simple to complex tasks. For instance, a GPT could be used to review a company's proprietary codebases to ensure adherence to style guidelines or generate code following industry best practices.
Pricing and Benefits
ChatGPT Team is priced at $30 per user per month or $25 per user per month billed annually. While this is higher than the individual premium plan, ChatGPT Plus, priced at $20 per month, it offers a more cost-effective solution compared to ChatGPT Enterprise, which can cost up to $60 per user per month with a minimum of 150 users and a 12-month contract.
