The Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) Enablement and Operations (E&O) team focuses on equipping sellers, customers, and partners with the necessary skills, systems, and tools to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency. We prioritize solution plays aligned with the Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology (MCEM), regionalized marketing, and operational centers of excellence to drive scalability and efficiency.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Software Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Software Engineer to join our Engineering, Data, Operations, and Tools (EDOT) Data team at Microsoft. In this role, you will contribute to designing, building, and managing the mechanisms that accelerate commercial growth. Your responsibilities will involve implementing architectural changes and influencing the roadmap of relevant software and platform components to facilitate AI Solutions and Product Integration for MCAPS Businesses. Additionally, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust data acquisition and metadata-driven orchestration pipelines.

Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. Please note that different pay ranges may apply to specific work locations, such as the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area. The base pay range for these locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.
