OpenAI has announced that it is rolling out a preview version of Advanced Voice Mode for ChatGPT free users. This feature, which was previously exclusive to Plus users, allows users to have natural, free-flowing conversations with ChatGPT using their voice.

Advanced Voice Mode Features
Advanced Voice Mode lets users interrupt responses and choose from multiple voice options, making interactions more personalized. The free version will be powered by GPT-4o mini, while Plus users will continue to have access to GPT-4o with a higher daily limit and additional features like video and screen sharing.
According to Open AI, Advanced Voice Mode, which is now exclusive to ChatGPT Plus members, first appeared in ChatGPT's mobile app versions before making its way into the desktop software version in November of last year.
