OpenAI Launches Its Sora Video-creation Tool To ... - Meet Montana
OpenAI released its text-to-video generation software Sora to the public on Monday. This video tool utilizes generative artificial intelligence similar to that of ChatGPT, enabling the transformation of plain-language text prompts into artificially created video loops. The feature was initially showcased in February of 2024, with a select group of filmmakers and artists granted access to test it out. Now, individuals with a paid ChatGPT account can explore this innovative feature.
While ChatGPT Plus users are limited to 720p resolution and five-second clips, ChatGPT Pro subscribers have access to full 1080p resolution and longer duration videos. In addition to these capabilities, users can remix videos, create sequenced scenes resembling a film by combining different prompts, and animate still images.
