Bain & Co, OpenAI expand partnership to sell AI tools to clients
Bain & Co announced on Thursday (Oct 17) that they are expanding their partnership with OpenAI to offer the AI startup's tools, including ChatGPT, to the consultancy's clients. This move comes after the two companies established a global services alliance last year to introduce Bain's clients to OpenAI's technology.
Global Availability of OpenAI Platforms
The Boston-based consultancy, Bain, has made OpenAI platforms, such as ChatGPT Enterprise, accessible to its employees worldwide. Furthermore, Bain is actively investing in the development of an OpenAI Center of Excellence, which will be overseen by a team from the consultancy itself.
Industry-Specific Solutions
As part of the extended partnership, Bain and OpenAI will collaborate to create tailored solutions for the retail and healthcare life sciences sectors, with a vision to branch out into other industries in the future. Although the financial details of the partnership were not disclosed by Bain, reports suggest that approximately 50 employees will be dedicated to this joint initiative.
