Nothing has announced a new version of their smartphone, the Nothing Phone 2a Plus, which will be available on July 31. They shared this news on social media but did not give any specific details about the phone's features. The phone was previously seen on certification websites, suggesting it might have better features than the regular Nothing Phone 2a.
The announcement included a mysterious image and hints about the phone. A well-known tech tipster also mentioned that the phone had been spotted on certification listings, indicating its model name as A142P. Nothing denied that this phone is a community edition in a now-deleted comment.
The Nothing Phone 2a, released in March, has a 6.7-inch screen, a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro chipset, and up to 12GB of RAM. It includes a 50-megapixel dual rear camera and a 32-megapixel front camera, along with a 5,000mAh battery and 45W fast charging.
