Everyone is talking Ai, we’ve all seen ChatGPT and now Copilot 365 just surpassed 3 million users - but I’ve been learning whilst on annual leave how to build our own Ai Bots on Microsoft… and so built Flora!
Flora is an internal chat bot (not customer facing) that I’ve embedded into Microsoft Teams for our Flotek Group Limited team to ask questions to help them everyday.
Training and Development of Flora
I’ve trained flora to know our price list which has thousands of items on… our website to give info, our help centre to give instant answers & point the team to the web page of the resources.
Flora works 24/7 - gives instant answers from her knowledge and also will go out to chatGPT when needed… Next steps are to integrate into our system API’s which means she can give broadband availability, ticket update & more.
It’s a fascinating space and one we’ll be embracing for our customers to get their own bots that can work and deliver repetitive tasks or instant support.
