The Business Processes Senior Consultant act as BTP Customer Adoption Senior Advisor and work as a part of the Adoption and Consumption(A&C) Center in the BTP Solution Hub in CS&D. The key role is to act as SAP BTP AI Solution Adoption and Consumption Advisor to guide our customers and Field colleagues with relevant knowledge and engage to bring the best outcomes from their cloud footprint through Business AI solutions via the Business Technology Platform. Focused on Adoption and Consumption, the Business Process Consultant will specialize in SAP BTP AI, helping a customer to understand what is needed to adapt to a business technology platform or enhance their usage of existing solutions through knowledge transfer, change management expertise, and functional business process guidance.

Furthermore, the team supports Premium and standard cloud subscriptions with customers, partners, developers, and SAP internal teams where subject matter expertise is required related to success plans and the supported Cloud solutions.
