About the Role

Join our team focused on enhancing the accuracy and reliability of responses generated by Gemini, be it in standalone scenarios or in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) setups. We constantly refine the quality of RAG backends and develop state-of-the-art language models using various training and optimization techniques like Supervised Fine Tuning and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback. Additionally, the team is responsible for ensuring data quality, evaluation, and monitoring.
Gemini is an advanced conversational AI tool that empowers users to collaborate with generative AI, fostering creativity, curiosity, and productivity.
