Updates on Jakarta EE 11
Jakarta EE 11 Core Profile is nearing release review. The Jakarta EE TCT Project is working diligently to finalize the TCK, aiming to commence the release reviews for Jakarta EE 11 Platform and Jakarta EE 11 Web Profile by early December, coinciding with the JakartaOne Livestream on December 3, 2024.
South Tyrol Free Software Conference
The 24th edition of the South Tyrol Free Software Conference (SFSCON) recently took place in Bolzano. With about 1000 attendees mainly from Northern Italy, Austria, and Switzerland, the conference featured numerous 15-minute lightning talks across four session rooms. I presented on various topics and also covered for another speaker.
DevCon Experience
DevCon in Bucharest offered a diverse program with a significant presence of Eclipse Foundation projects. The upcoming JCP Executive Committee elections were also highlighted, emphasizing the importance of voting for Eclipse Foundation.
