Google Launches AI-powered Language Learning Tools
Google has released three AI experiments to help people learn new languages in a more personalized way.
The first experiment, "Tiny Lesson," teaches specific phrases in the moment, while the second experiment, "Slang Hang," helps users speak more colloquially and with local slang. The third experiment, "Word Cam," uses a camera to teach new words based on surroundings.
These experiments utilize Gemini, Google's multimodal large language model, and could potentially take on Duolingo.
