OpenAI explores 'sign in with ChatGPT' for other apps
Manage your account... You may soon be able to sign in to third-party apps using ChatGPT — but it probably won't be for a while yet. OpenAI recently shared a "Sign in with ChatGPT" interest form on its website, targeting developers who may be interested in the capability.

"We’re looking for developers interested in integrating this capability into their own apps." A preview of the experience is linked, along with a short form for interested developers to fill out.
Early Development Stages
All of which is to say that this thing is clearly still in its early stages. Before you start seeing any sign-in options on third-party apps, OpenAI still needs to go through the responses, liaise with developers, and then work to get the option live.

The company has been expanding into other areas recently. OpenAI recently launched experimental shopping features, and there are reports that it's working on a social network for ChatGPT.
