OpenAI's ChatGPT faces massive outage with thousands of users impacted
OpenAI, backed by Microsoft, disclosed on Friday night that it is encountering a problem leading to the unavailability of its widely-used chatbot, ChatGPT. The company shared on its website that they are actively investigating the issue and striving to bring back the functionality at the earliest convenience.
As per reports from Downdetector.com, the outage has affected over 19,403 users as of 7:13 p.m. ET. OpenAI is yet to provide a formal response to the situation.
