Nuix partners with Atturra & HPE to boost AI platform speed
Nuix, headquartered in Sydney, Australia, has recently announced a strategic collaboration with Atturra and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) to significantly enhance the speed of AI workloads on its Neo software platform. This initiative is specifically designed to cater to the increasing regulatory pressures and tight deadlines faced by governments and corporations worldwide.
The primary objective of this project is to assist organizations in analyzing vast amounts of unstructured data in response to information requests and fraud investigations. By incorporating enhanced AI enrichment, the productivity and accuracy of these entities are expected to witness a substantial improvement.

Revolutionizing AI Workloads
The collaborative effort involved the deployment of Nuix's AI Neo software platform on HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen11 servers that are powered by NVIDIA GPUs. The results of this implementation demonstrated a remarkable acceleration in AI workloads processing various forms of unstructured data, including text, chat messages, emails, images, and videos. The performance was noted to be 10 times faster compared to previous CPU-based benchmarks.
Significance of the Innovation
Oliver Harvey, Chief Customer Strategy and Innovation Officer at Nuix, emphasized the transformative nature of this innovation. He highlighted, "This development marks a significant milestone for our Nuix Neo platform. By collaborating with Atturra’s services and leveraging HPE’s infrastructure, we have brought our vision to fruition, greatly enhancing the speed and accuracy of crucial data projects."

Similarly, Stephen Kowal, CEO of Atturra, expressed his excitement about the partnership, stating, "Nuix has always been at the forefront of processing and analyzing unstructured data. Through our collaboration with HPE, we are delighted to provide the necessary infrastructure and services to support AI workloads, enabling faster analysis for our clients."
Technological Advancements in AI
Chris Weber, Vice President of HPE South Pacific, shed light on the unique technological demands associated with AI. He explained, "The computational requirements of AI necessitate a distinct technological approach that caters to the specific needs of these workloads. HPE ProLiant servers, as part of NVIDIA AI Computing by HPE, are designed to accelerate AI-powered enterprises, delivering optimized performance and cost-efficiency."

This advanced capability will be showcased by Atturra at the upcoming Nuix XLR8 event in September, offering a glimpse into the future of AI-driven data projects.
