Reason for Return
A source familiar with the matter mentioned that the aircraft had multiple clogged lavatories, which forced the decision to return. Passengers onboard the flight experienced a 10-hour journey that ultimately led them back to the departure airport. The issue emerged just five hours into the 14-hour flight duration.
Upon landing back in Chicago, all passengers and crew disembarked safely, and the airline provided them with accommodation to minimize any inconvenience caused by the unexpected situation.
