Google's Gemini now lets you ask questions using videos and ...
Google is enhancing its AI assistant, Gemini, by introducing new features that enable users to ask questions using video and content directly on the screen in real-time. This development was showcased at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 in Barcelona, where Google unveiled the "Screenshare" feature. This functionality allows users to share their phone screen with Gemini, posing inquiries about displayed content. For instance, a demonstration involved a user shopping for baggy jeans and seeking recommendations from Gemini on complementary clothing items.
Moreover, Google had previously hinted at the video search feature during Google I/O the previous year. This feature empowers users to ask Gemini questions about a video they are recording in real-time. These innovative features are set to become available to Gemini Advanced users subscribed to the Google One AI Premium plan on Android later this month.
