OpenAI's ChatGPT faces massive outage with thousands of users
OpenAI, backed by Microsoft, is currently experiencing a significant issue that has led to its widely used chatbot, ChatGPT, becoming inaccessible. The company addressed the problem on its website, stating that they are actively investigating the issue and are striving to restore full functionality at the earliest.
According to reports from outage monitoring site Downdetector.com, more than 19,403 users have been affected by this outage, with the impact still ongoing as of 7:13 p.m. ET (0013 GMT on Saturday).
At present, OpenAI has not yet provided a formal response to inquiries regarding the situation.
