Terrible. When I ask for some code, it says, "this code is not allowed". For crying out loud, it's a basic code asking for something completely allowed. When I asked for bottle rocket instructions, it said I can't help you with that. What does it think I am going to do, shoot this thousands of feet high and use it as a missile?... Terrible.

Initially, ChatGPT was an extremely useful tool capable of dynamically responding to queries and offering a broad range of information in real-time. However, lately, I've noticed that the service has become more of an old news searcher that repeats information without the ability to offer new perspectives or current content. Disappointed by this new approach, I decided to cancel my subscription. I hope that in the future the previous functionalities and AI capabilities that made ChatGPT an exceptionally valuable tool will be restored.

I was using ChatGPT before it became the craze. I used it to read quick little stories. I loved it. It gave me exactly what I asked for. I was on and off the paid subscription because I used it so much. Now, I’ll request a story, and it tells me “I’ll get right on that for you, thanks for your patience”. Patience?? Like it wants me to wait?? Isn’t it supposed to be fast and smart? I would respond with, “can I have the story now please?” and it would respond with the same thing, thanking me for my patience and telling me “here you go” and there’s nothing there. I LOVED ChatGPT, but now it’s rubbish and seems “broken”. It had a good run, but if this isn’t fixed then this search engine will be forgotten and replaced, hopefully with something that knows how to write something as simple as a short story. I sound calm as I type this, but I’m actually pulling my hair out and screaming on my roof and crying profusely.

Completely unreliable. Used it to analyze basic data. It gets so much wrong. I'm talking a table of 3 columns and 20 rows, and it can't even accurately disseminate. Ran a further test on a quiz I asked it to write, again it got over half the answers wrong. The program is just not ready.

I can't log in with my email anymore, terrible support and unprofessional management, even today after months they can't unlock the accounts, error try again later, never managed to log in and think that I wanted to get a subscription
