Honor Earbuds Open comes in Polar Black and Polar Gold colourways. These open-ear TWS headsets were unveiled ahead of the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 on Sunday. The earphones offer a unique audio experience with support for hybrid active noise cancellation (ANC) and surround subwoofers.
The AI-backed features of the Honor Earbuds Open include AI Translation and AI Agent. The AI Agent feature enables users to easily access the voice assistant from the paired device. Additionally, the earbuds boast a battery life of up to six hours on a single charge.
Design and Features
The Honor Earbuds Open are crafted with skin-friendly silicone and high-performance nickel-titanium memory alloy, providing stability and comfort. The slim ear hooks ensure compatibility with individuals who wear glasses. These earphones are equipped with 16mm multi-magnetic circuit drivers, a high-elasticity TPU composite diaphragm, and a titanium-plated tweeter dome. The surround subwoofers deliver immersive, spatial audio.
These open-ear TWS earphones support hybrid active noise cancellation, environmental noise cancellation (ENC), pop-up pairing, Bluetooth 5.2, dual connectivity, and a Find Earbuds feature. Users can adjust volume, change modes, control playback, and manage calls through various touch gestures.
AI Features
The Honor Earbuds Open offer AI Privacy Call, which leverages the reverse sound field acoustic system to reduce sound leakage and ensure privacy in various settings. The AI Translation feature supports 15 languages with three modes: Shared, Exclusive, and Simultaneous Interpretation. Users can also utilize the AI Agent feature to access the voice assistant on their connected device.
Battery Life and Specifications
With a total playback time of up to 22 hours on a single charge with the case, the Honor Earbuds Open provide a seamless audio experience. Each earphone is equipped with a 58mAh battery, while the case houses a 480mAh cell. The earphones are lightweight, with each earphone weighing 7.9g and the case (without the earphones) weighing 52.5g. Moreover, the earphones feature an IP54-rated build for dust and splash resistance.
