Sam Altman: OpenAI's ChatGPT now available for all Apple Mac users
On Wednesday, Sam Altman-run AI company OpenAI announced the availability of ChatGPT for all Apple Mac users. This development was unveiled earlier this month at Apple’s flagship ‘WWDC 2024’ conference, where the integration between OpenAI’s ChatGPT and Apple’s operating systems for iPhone, iPad, and Mac was revealed.
The ChatGPT desktop app for macOS is now accessible to all users, providing a quick way to chat about email, screenshots, or any content on the screen using the Option + Space shortcut.

Integration with Apple's Operating Systems
During the ‘WWDC 2024’ event, Apple highlighted the integration of ChatGPT access into experiences within iOS 18, iPadOS 18, and macOS Sequoia. This integration enables users to leverage ChatGPT’s expertise seamlessly without the need to switch between different tools.
