Feedback on Jotform AI Agent
I am really enjoying the AI beta and I created a BOT very easily. Fantastic work. I do using Open AI directly but this is much more user friendly and I would recommend it to a customer who wasn't comfortable with tech. One limitation I see is that when the bot asks an either/or question, I would expect the user to be presented with 2 buttons to click, option 1 or option 2. That is very common but I didn't see how to create this same experience.
