GPT – If You Use It for Work, Prepare to Buy Multiple Accounts or ...
I was working on the integration of EFI Pro “Gerencia Net”, a very broad and complex API. Unfortunately, ChatGPT couldn’t handle it properly, so I had to send the entire API in JSON format.
I believe this triggered some kind of suspicious behavior flag on my account. Or maybe it’s because I switch between using ChatGPT on the Windows app and the browser—sometimes one, sometimes the other? Either way, the results have been frustrating.
Account Restrictions
I ran a simple test by sending 9 Python files to ChatGPT and asking it to list the filenames:
Conclusion: My account is partially restricted on my computer but works fine on my phone.
I tested the same API code on two devices:
Conclusion: Something is blocking or restricting my account on certain devices.
Device Restrictions
I tried using ChatGPT on Preview, O3 Mini, and O3 High Mini versions. But they deliver incomplete code and then prompt me to press a button to send the rest using ChatGPT 4. This is beyond frustrating!
Not only does it waste my time (which I don’t have), but it also holds back my projects and adds unnecessary stress. The company doesn’t respond, and their bots send useless automatic replies that solve nothing!
Current Issues
ChatGPT no longer reads documents.
O3 Mini, O3 Mini High, and Preview versions are all restricted.
If you’re planning to use ChatGPT for work, think twice. You might end up paying multiple times just to avoid restrictions and wasted time.
Final Thoughts
I will be sending some images to prove each situation mentioned above, showing the clear discrepancies and issues I’ve been facing.
